Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Φιλήτῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου καὶ κουράτορι τῶν Ἐλευθερίου.
Lord, help your servant Philetos imperial protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou and kourator of the foundations of the Eleutherion.

Commentary
This person might be the Philetos mentioned on a seal from Preslav (Jordanov, Preslav, no. 135). The Philetos of this seal held the titles of protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou and epi tou eidikou logou. Jordanov dated the seal to the late tenth/early eleventh centuries.
