Obverse

A patriarchal cross mounted on a base of two steps. Along the circumference, within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning at seven o'clock:

Κ.......τσουλ

Κ(ύρι)[ε βοήθει] τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ)

Reverse

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Φηλόματι βασηληκῷ πρωτοσπαθαρήῳ. ἀμήν

Lord, help your servant Philomates, imperial protospatharios. Amen
