Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλο . . . βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ μεγάλῳ χαρτουλαρίῳ τοῦ γενικοῦ λογοθέτου, καὶ κουράτορι τῶν Μανγάνων.
