Τhe Virgin holding a medallion of Christ before her; in addition to the usual sigla, there are the remains of an epithet. Sigla: ̣̅̅. : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)[ῦ]. Epithet: Η̣ΠΟ....Σ̣Α̣ : ἡ Πο[........]σα. Border of dots.

Three-quarter length images of St George, left, and St Theodore, right, both in civil costume, their chlamydes are elaborately decorated with a row of large pellets between borders; each holds a small cross in his right hand. Inscriptions in four columns: .|Γ|Ε||ΡΓ|Ι, : Θ|Ε|Δ||Ρ̣, : [ὁ ἅ(γιος)] Γεώργι(ος) : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεώδωρ(ος). Border of dots.
