Translation

Lord, our God, help Peter Libellisios.

Commentary

The reading of the owner's name requires confirmation from a better preserved parallel. If it is correct, this may be the Peter Libellisios attested as doux of Antioch during the late 1060s. See PBW : Petros 101.
