Translation

Κύριε βοήθει Ἀναστασίῳ βασιλικῷ (or πρωτο-)σπαθαρίῳ καὶ θεσμοφύλακι.

Lord, help Anastasios, imperial (or proto-) spatharios and thesmophylax.

Commentary

Either β(ασιλικῷ) or (πρωτο) may be reconstructed before the title on the reverse inscription; only a parallel seal could confirm one reading over the other.
