Translation

Mother of God, help Gregory, spatharios and epi tou manglaviou.

Commentary

It is not clear whether there is room for an abbreviation at the end of the second line on the reverse. We would expect the holder of the office of epi tou manglaviou to have the title of imperial or proto- spatharios, but the lettering is too obscure to offer a specific reading.
