Bust of the Mother of God with her hands upraised before her. Sigla on either side: Μ̣̅–Θ̣̅: Μ(ήτηρ) Θ(εοῦ). No visible border.

Reverse

Inscription of three lines. Cross of dots between pellets at top and bottom. Border of dots.
