Condition Cracked along the channel on the obverse.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ... Κύριε βοήθει Θεοδοσίῳ πατρικίῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant ... Lord, help Theodosios, patrikios.

Commentary

The seal is double-struck with traces of a previous inscription preserved on the obverse.
