Commentary
The obverse contains one difficult to interpret element--the Α placed between the two lines of George. This could indicate that we have here Ἅγιος Γεώργιος, especially with the name in the nominative, but the grammatical use of a saint's name would be unclear on a seal such as this.
The reverse cruciform monogram is strangely made and indecipherable. There are seemingly no vowels, except for ι of course, unless one reaches to find an ου ligature within the V of the μ and the loop of the ρ. Yet still, that gives no solution, as is especially made difficult by the apparent Ξ on the lower arm of cross above the τ. Perhaps this monogram contains a vital mistake, such as the Λ representing an α.
