Translation

Ἰουστινιανοῦ/Ἀναστασίου Ζωσίμου ἀπὸ ὑπάτων (?).

(Seal of) Justinian/Anastasios Zosimos, apo hypaton.

Commentary

The obverse monogram could read either Ἰουστινιανοῦ (Justinian) or Ἀναστασίου (Anastasios); a further problematic aspect of that monogram is the worn right part, showing what may be either an Ε or a Σ. If it is an Ε, neither Ἰουστινιανοῦ or Ἀναστασίου resolves the monogram.

The reverse monogram is clearly complex and the reading given here is not necessarily correct, but seems likely.
