Standing figure of St. Theodore, holding spear in his right hand, his left hand resting on a shield set on the ground. Sigla on either side: |Α|ΓΙ|ΟΘ|Ε|Ο|Δ||Ρ̣, : ὁ ἅγιο(ς) Θεόδωρ(ος). Border of dots.
