The Mother of God standing, her hands upraised in prayer, the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla on either side: Μ̅Θ̅: Μ(ήτηρ) Θ(εοῦ). Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.
