The Mother of God seated on a backless throne, holding the Child in her right arm. Inscription on either side: ΜΡ̅ΘΥ̅: Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.

Inscription of four lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Translation

σφραγὶς Κωνσταντίνου ὁ τοῦ Ἀλεξίου.

Seal of Constantine, son (or man) of Alexios.

Commentary

It is not clear whether the phrase ὁ τοῦ Ἀλεξίου means that the owner was his son or in service to him ("man of").
