Translation
χρησοτηνουηνια ἅπαξ τὸ λουτρόν.
... one entrance to the bath.
Commentary
One part of the inscription is clear; the other is not. The overall meaning of this metrical inscription appears to be that it provides the holder with a single entrance to the public bath.
