Inscription of seven lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

ἀποστόλων πρώτιστε μαρτύρων κλέος Ξηρὸν σκέποιτε Βασίλειον βεστάρχη(ν)

Translation

ἀποστόλων πρώτιστε μαρτύρων κλέος Ξηρὸν σκέποιτε Βασίλειον βεστάρχην.

Foremost of the apostles, glory of the martyrs, may you protect the vestarches Basil Xeros.
