Learn whose seal (and) letter I am.

Commentary

This is an unusual inscription which may in fact have been garbled by the engraver. The intention appears to have been to inscribe some version of the formulaic metrical verse "whose seal I am, learn by looking at the letter," but the wording of this inscription is confused and non-metrical.
