Translation

Εὐθύμιον σκέποις, Πάναγνε, τὸν σὸν οἰκέτην.

All-holy One, may you protect your servant Euthymios.

Commentary

The inscription appears to be metrical in intention, if not in result (it has one syllable too many in either hemistich: 6+8).
