Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθι. Κωνσταντίνου ὑπάτου.
Theotokos, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Constantine, hypatos.
Commentary
The Σ may be attached to the Ν, but is barely visible if present at all; however it could also be represented by the right bar of the Τ and central line leading to the Ν. The Π is faintly integrated into the Ν, but seems to be present.
