Translation

Κοσμᾷ μοναχῷ, προέδρῳ, καὶ ῥαίκτωρι.

Kosmas monachos, proedros, and raiktor.

Commentary

The combination of these three honors requires some examination: while raiktors are occasionally clerics, his title of proedros is peculiar: perhaps he is an early 11th century proedros, with the office of presidency of the senate, or indeed, a bishop (as proedros means in some instances).
