Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωσὴφ μοναχῷ (?).

Theotokos, help your servant, the monk (?) Joseph.

Commentary

The last line may have contained ΑΧ, an abbreviation for "monk," but this restoration is uncertain.
