Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰγνατίῳ (?) μοναχῷ, πρεσβυτέρῳ καὶ κουβουκλησίῳ.
Lord or Mother of God, help your servant Ignatios (?) monk, priest, and kouboukleisios.

Commentary
The restoration of the name is uncertain; Laurent reads Ignatios, which seems most likely, but is by no means certain. Agallianos (Ἀγαλιανῷ) is another possibility.
