Translation

Ἀθανάσιος ἐλέῳ Θεοῦ πατριάρχης Ἰεροσαλημῶν.

Athanasios, by the grace of God, patriarch of Jerusalem.

Commentary

This seal could belong to either Athanasios II (ca. 1231–1244) or Athanasios III (1313–1314). The epigraphy is later in style, and so we have chosen the latter option.
