Translation
Κύριε Ἰησοῦς Χριστέ σοτήρ μου βοήθει μοι τῷ ἀναξίῳ δούλῳ σου Ἰώβ.
Lord Jesus Christ, my savior, help your unworthy servant Job.
Commentary
Note that the abbreviation for Ἰησοῦς gives the name in the nominative rather than the vocative; there also appears to be an unusual ligature (Μ) at the end of the circular inscription on the obverse.
