Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Ἰαννούλου ἀπο ἐπάρχων.
Mother of God, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Iannoulos, apo eparchon.
Commentary
The name "Iannoulos" is not attested in other seals in the Dumbarton Oaks collection. The name appears to be a diminuitive of John. See PmbZ #2645.
