Διακονίας τοῦ (or τῶν] Γερμανοῦ.

(Seal) of the diakonia of (or of the properties of) Germanos.

Commentary

Laurent thought that the Germanos attested here may be the Germanos from whom a quarter in Constantinople derived its name. Τὰ Γερμανοῦ was the site of a public bath. See Janin, CPbyz, 220 and 354.
