Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Νόννῳ ὑπάτῳ.

Theotokos, help your servant Nonnos hypatos.

Commentary

Though the seal is slightly chipped at top and bottom, the monograms are clear; the reverse monogram nearly certainly must read Νόννῳ, as there is seemingly nothing below the ω, and would be unresolvable if there were a υ in ligature above the ο. The only other possibility is Σισιννίῳ (Sisinnios), if perhaps, what seems to be an Ο at the top is actually a Σ.
