Cruciform monogram. In the quarters: ζηπερ|υπτΩ.Wreath border.

δ - λ - ο - σ - τ - υ - ω

τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ζῆπερ ὑπάτῳ

Translation

Μῆτερ τοῦ Κυρίου Θεοῦ ἡμῶν βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ζῆπερ ὑπάτῳ.

Mother of the Lord our God, help your servant, the hypatos Zeper.
