Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀνθίμῳ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant Anthimos, spatharokandidatos.

Commentary

The seal appears to have been struck off center, in which case the inscription will have begun with a cross; it is also likely that there is an abbreviation missing at the beginning of the second line. The owner may well have been an imperial spatharokandidatos.
