Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Δανιὴλ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ.
Mother of God, help your servant Daniel patrikios and strategos.
Commentary
It is likely that there was originally a fourth line in the reverse inscription, which could have designated a place name or simply have completed the word στρατηγῷ. See also PmbZ #1843.
