Condition Obverse is almost completely effaced. Chipped along edges.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Γρηγορίῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant Gregory hypatos and imperial spatharios.

Commentary

Reading of the name as Gregory is most likely in light of parallel seals.
