Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ ὑπάτῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ Παμφλαγονίας.

Mother of God, help your servant John, hypatos and protonotarios of Pamphlagonia.
