Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰσαακίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατ...

Mother of God, help your servant Isaac, imperial protospatharios and strat[egos or stratelates].

Commentary

It is not certain whether the owner held the office of strategos or the title of stratelates.

The seal was evidently struck twice; remains of the second strike are visible in the lower left quarter of the reverse.
