Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωσὴφ βασιλικῷ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ τοῦ στόλου.

Commentary
Note that the engraver mistakenly inscribed Λ for Δ in the word δούλῳ on the obverse.
