Traces of a cross with fleurons rising on the side. Along a border of concentric circles of dots and pellets, remains of a circular inscription:

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ πρωτασηκρῆτις.

Lord, help your servant Theodore, patrikios, imperial protospatharios and protasekretis.

Commentary

The owner's name could also have been Theodoulos, Theodosios, or Theophylaktos.
