Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντίνῳ ... σπαθαρίῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant Constantine ... spatharios.

Commentary

There is room for one letter at the end of the second line on the reverse. It is not clear whether this was the abbreviation for imperial or proto-, so we have left both possibilities open.
