Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δούλῳ σου Ἰωάννῃ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ, ὑπάτῳ καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ τοῦ γενικοῦ λογοθεσίου.

Commentary
The owner's name is conjectural, but from the space allotted to his name in the inscription it would seem that the abbreviation for John makes for the most likely reading.
