Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Νικολάο ἐπισκώπο Ἀδρηανωπόλεος.

Lord, help your servant Nicholas, bishop of Adrianopolis.

Commentary

The reading of the name is uncertain, but the remaining traces point to the restitution Νικόλαος.
