Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι σεβαστοφόρῳ καὶ ἐξά... τῆς Φιλιππουπόλεως.
Lord, help your servant Leo, sebastophoros and exa(rch or exaktor) of Philippoupolis.
Commentary
If the restored reading of the placename is correct, this specimen should be added to the seals published in DO Seals 1, section 68 (Philippoupolis).
The owner's office could have been either exarch or exaktor; it is not possible to determine which reading is to be preferred on the basis of the letters visible.
