Translation

σῴζοις με, μάρτυς, σὸν Θεοῦ δῶρον σκέπων.

May you preserve me, martyr, by protecting the gift of God (Theodore). 

Commentary

Note the play on words with the owner's name: Theodore = "gift of God."
