Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀριέβῃ νουβελλισίμῳ καὶ δουκί.

Lord, help your servant Ariebes, nobelissimos and doux.

Commentary

This will be the Ariebes attested as one of the Byzantine commanders at the siege of Achridas in 1082; he was later implicated in a plot against the emperor Alexios Komnenos in 1092.
