The Virgin standing, holding the Child. Sigla: Μ̅ : Μήτηρ Θεο; and below, inscription to both sides: Η|Α|Σ|Ω: Ἡ Βασσιώτισσα. Border of dots.

Translation

Κωνσνταντίνον πρόεδρου κόρη .. σκέπε.

Virgin, protect Constantine the proedros.

Commentary

Apparent dodecasyllable. The gap at the beginning of the third line likely contained a short word and final syllable, as otherwise there are eleven syllables. The missing letter must be με (ΜΕ or ), or perhaps, σου (σ or σ).

This seal may either be the seal of a bishop, or of an individual with the title of proedros.
