St Theodore, standing, holding a lance in his right hand and supporting a shield on the ground with his left. Inscription in two columns: Ο̣||.Ι|Ο|ΣΘ̣|Ε̣Ο̣|.ΩΡ|.Σ : ὁ ἅ[γ]ιος Θεό[δ]ωρ[ο]ς. Linear border.
