Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Δαμιανοῦ χαρτουλαρίου.

Mother of God, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Damianos chartoularios.

Commentary

The resolution of the monogram is not entirely certain but it seems the most plausible reading.
