Inscription of at least four lines. A cross below. Thin wreath border.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ ...ῳ ...σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν βαρβάρων.

Lord, help your servant ...os, spatharios and epi ton barbaron.

Commentary

We read the owner's title as spatharios but as there appears to be space enough for an abbreviation before the word, it is possible that the correct reading is imperial spatharios or protospatharios.
