Translation
Κοσμᾶ γραφῶν σφράγισμα δούλου τυγχάνω τοῦ παμμεγίστου μεγάλου δομεστίκου.
I am the seal of the letters of Kosmas, servant of the almighty Grand Domestikos.
Commentary
The term doulos is used here to fit the metre and refers to someone in the suite (hetaireia) of the Grand Domestikos. See Cheynet, "L'homme du basileus." Note, too, the use of epithet παμμεγίστος to heighten the stature of the Grand Domestikos and hence of his servant.
