Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Δημητρίῳ προέδρο τῷ Ἀλουπῷ.

Mother of God, help your servant Demetrios Aloupos, proedros.

Commentary

We take the family name given here, Ἀλουπός, as a variant of Alopos.
