Translation

Θεοτόκε (?) βοήθει Κωνσταντίνῳ υἱῷ Ἰωάννου πρεσβυτέρου Γαγγρῶν.

Theotokos (?), help Constantine, the son of John, priest of Gangra.

Commentary

It is clear that Constantine (whose name appears in the dative case) was not related to the church of Gangra except through his father, John.
