Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Εὐδοξίῳ ἀνθυπάτῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς βασιλικῆς σακέλλης.

Lord, help your servant Eudoxios anthypatos, patrikios, and epi tes basilikes sakelles.

Commentary

The name could also read “Euthymios”; however, the third visible letter on the reverse is more likely a delta, given what seem to be serifs on the baseline.
