Obverse

St Theodore Stratelates standing in military costume, holding a lance in his right hand and supporting a shield on the ground with his left. Inscription in two columns (partially preserved): .|.|..|.̣|Ρ|̣|.Ο|Σ|Τ̣ : [ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδ]ωρω(ς) ὁ Στ[ρατηλάτης]. Indeterminate border.

Reverse

Patriarchal cross on two steps with tendrils springing from the base of the cross. Each arm of the cross terminates in a pellet flanked by smaller pellets; remains of inscription flank the cross. Inscriptions: ΧΣ|Κ̣. : [᾽Ι(ησοῦ)ς] Χ(ριστὸ)ς [νι]κ[ᾷ]. Border of dots.
